Rico, Des, Renzo and G Smooth are not your ordinary R&B group; they're a band. They all play their own instruments, as well as singing. Master P signed the group to No Limit Records after meeting in a hotel lobby. They made their first break-through performance to the world on the song "Pushin Inside You" off the I'm Bout It soundtack. After that, they continued to do features on almost every No Limit artist's album and then dropped their debut album The Game of Funk in 1998.
